Meet Nikki

My double major in Psychology and Communication launched me into the world of talk shows and reality television, placing me at the heart of raw and dramatic family dynamics.

Every day, I interacted with people across the country seeking a listening ear, a sense of validation, and the chance to be truly heard. It was through these encounters that I gained a profound understanding of how our beliefs about ourselves are directly correlated to the lives we are living. Our thoughts create our lives.

This understanding was further enriched as Executive Producer for a reality series called "Say Yes to the Dress," where I had the privilege of guiding brides and their families through the emotional rollercoaster of a major life transition.

I’m no stranger to life’s many challenges. As an insulin-dependent diabetic, I've struggled with health, anxiety, depression and panic attacks.

I'd finally reached my breaking point and sought help from a coach. With her guidance, I was able to change my thoughts, which changed my actions and eventually, I found that I had created the life I'd always wanted. I finally learned to prioritize myself by being able to identify, articulate, and advocate for my own needs.

Today, my daughter is a thriving sophomore in college, I am in a loving relationship with my dream partner, and doing work that I love with teenagers and young adults.
