My coaching strategy is to help teens build confidence by using a myriad of tools and techniques. Each coaching session is customized based on the needs and preferences of the client. I teach self compassion, and how to identify and remove limiting beliefs.

Build a Positive Outlook
I coach teens how to identify negative thought patterns and how to reframe those thoughts in order to improve their confidence. In using the reframe technique along with awareness, acceptance and affirmations, clients become more empowered and receptive to the exploring and seizing opportunitues for growth and development. They become more approachable, friendly, and confident in expressing themselves.
Fight or Flight, or Freeze…
Our brains main function is to keep us alive. In keeping us safe, the brain does not want us to step outside of our comfort zone An unknown outcome = danger. While we as a species have evolved, our brains fear response has not yet caught up so our reaction to a real threat and a perceived threat create the same awful feeling. I coach my clients to understand why we either fight, flee or freeze and how to break those patterns.
The patterns that keep us stuck. By working together to Identify and eliminate limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, the mind is relieved of a mental and emotional burden making space for new ideas, alternate perspectives and challenges.
